Hi, I’m Tonya
I fell in love with yoga during a difficult time in my life. I was caring for my dad as he battled with and ultimately lost his life to cancer. I found solace in yoga as it helped me to process the stress, pain, and grief I was experiencing as a caregiver and daughter.
After years of practicing and teaching yoga, I realized that my passion for yoga was leading me away from my faith. I created Faithful Flow as a space to share my love for yoga and filter its teachings through the lens of scripture. I believe that through yoga, we can not only take care of our physical bodies, but also grow deep in joy, faith, and trust in God.
When I’m not on my mat teaching or practicing, I love spending time hiking and exploring the great outdoors, curling up with a book, playing with my dogs, or volunteering at my local animal shelter.
